What's SubitoCorse?

GlobalSubitoCorse is an online resource truly devoted to classic transaxle Alfa Romeo cars. A source of info and help for owners and fans.

GlobalWe develope brand new racing parts for all transaxle chassis type Alfa Romeo, as used by Autodelta and AlfaCorse works cars, both for rally and track.

Why only transaxle?

GlobalWe truly believe specialization is the key for classic car services. There're lots of Alfa relates websites but transaxle need their own resource.

I want a GTV6 race car: finding the right car

Our friend Jairo is the prod owner of a rare Avorio colour 1978 Spider Veloce. This car got a engine work at SubitoCorse and later some manteinance routine by the owner. Now, the car is fully operative and hits the road for fun commuting. But our friend Jairo got then bitten by transaxle fever. A visit to San Marino Rally Leged and the seen of Eraldo Righi nice GTV6 racer, soon fuelled the search for a suitable GTV6 to perform the construction of a FIA Group A specs racing Alfa Romeo GTV6 2.5.

Work in progress: dismantling the car

With the car now in the workshop, works on the car started soon and headed to a fast dismantling to get the bodyshell clean and released from all elements attached to. Rust was the main concern in a 25 year old car, but the shell proved solid in the main areas, with the usual rust spots. As long as the shell will be rollcaged and seamwelded, these rust areas will be adressed by profesional help.
