What's SubitoCorse?

GlobalSubitoCorse is an online resource truly devoted to classic transaxle Alfa Romeo cars. A source of info and help for owners and fans.

What we do?

GlobalWe try to compile and share useful info and documentation, creating a general knowledge to use, enjoy, maintain and race our cars.

What we offer?

GlobalWe develope brand new racing parts for all transaxle chassis type Alfa Romeo, as used by Autodelta and AlfaCorse works cars, both for rally and track.

Why only transaxle?

GlobalWe truly believe specialization is the key for classic car services. There're lots of Alfa relates websites but transaxle need their own resource.

1984 Alfa Romeo GTV6 2.5 (now 3.0)

Follow the reports from SubitoCorse Staff Member Alvaro and his stradale 1984 Alfa Romeo GTV6 2.5. A nearly stock car until January 2012, when the car received a totally refresed Alfa Romeo 3.0  V6 America engine swap. Truly  a great improvement. More work will came soon, as a new gearbox with LSD is being built.

Fitting relays to the GTV6

One of the most 'popular' issues with Alfettas, GTV and GTV6 cars are the common faults with main beams, burned column switches and poor electrics performance. Most of the people tend to assign these problems to 'those italian electrics, you know....'. Well, we will no say these were a bespoke Alfa design engineering work, but with very few efford, your electrics can be updated to modern standars, increasing the performance, safety and overall operation.

3 litre engine swap

Since my 2.5 engine has 275.000 km under his belts, is heavily smoking blue and some cilinders are under limit compression... I've decided instead to rebuild the old 2.5 to I'll store it, to get a 3 litre from 75 America (Milano) that was avaliable, refresh it and install into the GTV6. The engine have 90.000km and seems to be well maintained.

Meeting at Pastoriza track - 2003

Some pictures from Pastoriza, a short track used by Driving School PTC. Some Alfa friends meet there and gave our cars a shake. Some memories still fresh of the Luis' 75 3.0 America going absolutely sideways.
